ORDERING FOR HOT LUNCH

Orders accepted online ONLY

                                                            Payments online (preferred) or cash or cheque payable to Kinnaird Elementary PAC.                                                             Contact Angela Jack (KEhotlunches@gmail.com) for other payment options if needed.

1) Online Registration

• You must register every school year
• Go to http://kinnaird.hotlunches.net
• Click on “Click here to register” on the right side of the screen
• Enter as the Access Code (case sensitive)
• Complete the registration form (choose a preferred user ID and password you can remember)
• Click “Register Now” at the bottom of the form
• “Add” your children to your account

2) Online Ordering

• From the menu at the top, select “Orders”, then “Student Orders”
• Enter the hot lunches for each child, as desired
• The “Print” button lets you view a summary of your orders

3) Payments

• Pay “Online via Bambora Payment Gateway” When you have a balance outstanding, you will see a payment form on the page to fill out with your credit card information.
• Pay with EXACT cash or cheque payable to Kinnaird Elementary PAC
• Pay for your full order (or contact Angela Jack at KEhotlunches@gmail.com for other payment options)
• You may pay for all your children together and send in to one teacher
• Submit payment in an envelope or baggie, clearly marked with your child’s full name and teacher’s name
• Submit to your child’s teacher

4) For Help
